General Spa Information
Appointments, Please arrive 15 minutes prior to schedule appointment time. We provide a locker, robe, slippers, and consultation.
Reservations, Credit card is required on making an appointment at booking guaranteed.
We recommend that you re-book your appointment before leaving the salon and spa.
Per our spa policy, we will not hold any liability for your personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables to the spa. As courtesy of others, please turn off all pagers and cell phone prior to entering the spa.
All major credit cards accepted.
Spa Gift Cards available for any occation.
Cancellation policy: Bellaviva Salon and Spa requires credit to reserve all spa treatments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so prior 24 hour of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of all the treatments schduled for that day. Cancellation of packages or private party should be made 2 to 4 days prior your scheduled appointment.
