General Spa Information

• We recommend that you rebook your appointment before leaving the salon and spa.
• Appointment: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to schedule appointment time. We provide locker, robes, slippers, and consultation.
• Reservation: Credit card is required on making an appointment at booking guaranteed.
• As courtesy of others, please turn off all pagers and cell phone prior to entering the spa.
• Per our spa policy that we will not hold any liability for your personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables to the spa.
• Cancellation policy: Bellaviva Salon and Spa requires credit to reserve all spa treatments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so prior 24 hour of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of all the treatments schduled for that day. Cancellation of packages or private party should be made 2 to 4 days prior your scheduled appointment.
